How can we help?

Last updated October 10, 2026

Most things are a tap away in the app. For everything else, email support@tickerday.com from your account address and a human answers, usually within a working day.

Subscriptions

  • Cancel or change a plan bought in the app:iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tickerday. Cancelling keeps your access until the current period ends.
  • Cancel a plan bought on the web: use the manage link in your receipt email, or write to us and we will cancel it for you.
  • Restore purchases:in the app, Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
  • Refunds: App Store purchases are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, email us.

Credits and forecasts

  • A fresh forecast costs 1 credit (5 for a Deep read). Opening a stock that was analyzed recently is free.
  • New accounts start with a small balance; plans add a monthly allowance. Your balance is on your profile card.
  • Out of credits mid-month? A bigger plan adds more right away.

Promo codes

Have a code? On the web, enter it when you create your account (or log in and use “Have a promo code?” on your account page). In the app, open Settings → your profile card. A code unlocks Tickerday+ for the period it states, no card needed.

Alerts and the Almanac

  • Weather alerts fire when a stock in your Almanac changes sky — sun, cloud or rain.
  • No alerts arriving? Check that notifications for Tickerday are allowed in iPhone Settings, and that the stock is saved in your Almanac.

Account and data

  • Delete your account:in the app, Settings → Delete account. Everything tied to the account is removed permanently. Or email us from your account address.
  • Your data: what we keep and why is in the Privacy Policy.

Creators and partners

Want a partner link, or have a question about earnings or payouts? See the partner program or email partners@tickerday.com.

A reminder

Tickerday is educational analysis, never financial advice. If something looks wrong in a forecast, tell us — we check every number against its source and fix what we can.
